Global Management Corporation and its affiliated companies, (collectively referred to as "Global Management Corp.") appreciate your interest in this Web site and other related Global Management Corp. Web Sites (collectively referred to as our Web site (Site) or alternatively, our Web sites (Sites) with regards to the plurality of our company and/or services insofar as our electronic online presence is concerned). Your privacy is largely crucial to how we operate and we want you to understand and respect our practices with respect to gathering information from visitors such as yourself to our Web site (Site) and with respect to the uses we make of that information. Certain portions or pages or portions within the pages of the Web site (Site) may contain changes to the (this) Privacy Policy applicable to your use of that particular portion or certain page or page portions, for example, certain applications or portions of applications may request additional information from you for login purposes (such as your PIN).

Information and Uses of Information

When someone visits the Web site (Site), our web servers automatically gather Necessary Information that allows the Web site (Site) to communicate electronically with the visitor's computer, or phone, or device during the visit. We also track such information as the number of visits we receive to the Web site (Site), which parts of the Web site (Site) visitors select or dwell upon, IP address (this "Internet address", so to speak, is assigned to your computer from your Internet Service Provider), domain type, browser type (e.g., Firefox, Web TV or IE 5+), date and time of day. We have yet to figure any tangible use for such information outside the statistical models that have yet to be implemented by our Team, but in the event that any such use arises, new and updated information regarding such changes will be included in an updated version of this (or a similar) document on the Web site (Site). The collected information does not yet disclose any Personal Information (as outlined below) that would permit us to identify or locate individual visitors for either business or private purposes. Photographs of our users are kept in an encrypted database and can only be accessed by our President/CEO and Development Team. Most personal information is secure unless otherwise noted by this or any similar document on our Web site (Site) or Web sites (Sites).

Privacy concerns generally focus on the aforementioned Personal Information, meaning, information that could identify a specific individual such as names, addresses, e-mail address(es), and/or telephone number(s). And photographs. If during your visit you create an account, log in to an existing account, browse, or submit a photograph to us, you may provide us with Personal Information if you so wish. We may collect and use that Personal Information to send you large bills for money payment in the mail, to tell you about Global Management Corp. services that are of interest to you, or to communicate with you electronically for other purposes. For our employees, your Personal Information as it is provided may also be used.

Information to Third Parties is neither distributed or sold except for the aforementioned Personal Information; Information regarding our Opt Out Policy is as follows below, and we will make an effort to remove your Personal Information from our database in such a way that you will no longer even notice that we even have it. If you notify us that Personal Information previously submitted to our site is no longer up-to-date or accurate, we will make a wholehearted effort to make the necessary corrections. To facilitate our efforts to meet your request, it would be helpful if you could let us know the context in which you provided Personal Information, e.g in connection with your Personal Account or By Accident.

Information Placed on Your Computer

We could store some information (commonly known as a "biscuit") on your computer when you look at or use the Web site (Site). This information would facilitate the customization of your use of the Web site (Site) and helps to avoid the need for you to re-enter your login details for every visit. Global Management Corp. does not currently have biscuits enabled so you are required to re-enter any necessary information (including your PIN) and complete individual customization requests for each visit.

With Regards to Children

Global Management Corp. does not seek through our Web site (Site) to gather any Personal Information (as detailed above) from or about persons under the age of 18. Any information obtained is on an as- needed basis, and applies only to the Necessary Information (as detailed above). Children under the age of 18 who view our Web site (Site) need only be concerned with the wealth of opportunity and success that awaits them if they eventually decide to pursue any employment opportunities with Global Management Corp. once they have reached the age of First Blood or as required by Federal, State, and Local Law.

Global Management Corp. owns, controls and maintains all links from our Web site (Site) and is only responsible for the privacy policies and practices on our own Web site (Site) and affiliate Web sites (Sites). We make no representations or warranties about the privacy policies or practices of other Site(s) on The Internet outside of the specific frameworks just described. Similarly, we cannot be responsible for the policies or practices of other Site(s) on or off The Internet which link to our Web site (Site) or to the Web sites (Sites) of our affiliates. Dissemination of Information to Third Parties

Communicating via the Internet involves sending information, products, and services to you by electronic means, using The Internet. Your Personal Information (as detailed above) is constantly--or almost always--being passed through or being handled by third-parties, however Global Management Corp. does not sell or distribute your Personal Information to any third or fourth party unless done through a specified request or for money.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as Port Maintenance at several of our more major docks. Most of our dock workers will not have your Personal Information, except in aggregate list-form, and only then for analyzing specific data points or providing marketing assistance. They have access to the Personal Information needed to perform their functions as dock workers, but may not use it for other purpose, such as for blackmail or for giving away for free.

Personal Information data collected by Global Management Corp. may be traded among its various divisions and affiliated companies, around the world in half the time. By visiting the Web site (Site), the visitor provides explicit consent to these transfers of Personal Information (including your PIN).

Data Transfers

We may transfer the Personal Information we collect about you and your family and your PIN to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected. Most of those countries seem not to have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. Practices vary from country to country; your information, however, will be protected.

Sensitive Information

Global Management Corp. does not seek any sensitive information from visitors to our Web site (Site) with the exception of recruiting and hiring new personnel. Sensitive information includes a number of types of data relating to: ethnic origin, political opinions, religious leanings, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal record. Such information may be and will be used by Global Management Corp.

Opt Out

You can request the removal of your Personal Information by sending an e-mail to the appropriate area under the "Contact Us" link of this Web site (Site). We will then make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, provided that all the information is correct. Be sure to include your current legal name, address, e-mail address, account number, PIN, and customer identification code, along with a telephone number where you may be reached during the hours of 9am to 9pm PST Mon-Fri.
